Do you maintain and support WooCommerce websites?

Yes, we absolutely LOVE e-commerce! Websites with advanced functionality like e-commerce require our Support or Support PRO plan. E-commerce sites require additional support in order to properly manage them, so it’s imperative that we dedicate the necessary resources in order to keep your site fast and secure with 100% uptime.

What are your hours of operation and response times?

Our entire support team works remotely within the US & outside of US. We respond to all requests within 4 business hours (often MUCH sooner) and strive to complete all Help Desk Support requests within 8 business hours or less. PRO Enhancement requests are typically completed within 24 business hours.

Can multiple websites receive Support under one plan?

Each domain (website.com, subdomain.website.com, etc) requires it’s own plan, either Secure, Support, or Support PRO. If you have 3 websites that you would like us to maintain and manager, you’ll need 3 separate plans.
